The Marcus International Symposium On Solution Chemistry Sustainable Development is dedicated to honoring the lifetime achievements of Prof. Yizhak Marcus, a well-known figure for his work in solution chemistry, recorded in 11 books, 50 chapters in multi-authored books, and 360 papers in refereed journals, as well as in many proceedings of international conferences. Co-chaired by Prof. Noam Agmon from the University of Jerusalem and Prof. Marcelle Gaune-Escard from Polytech Marseille. This symposium will be held as part of the 2020 and 2021 Sustainable Industrial Processing Summit SIPS, an annual event that is deeply science-focused and industrial engineering-oriented, organized by the not-for-profit corporation FLOGEN Stars Outreach https:www.flogen.org, which is dedicated to achieving sustainability through science and technology. It incorporates summit plenary lectures from well-known speakers that address the link between scientific and engineering domains in the pursuit of sustainable development, as well as specific science and engineering symposia that feature technical presentations with the same goals in mind. We have confirmed until now the participation of the following 9 Nobel Laureates: M. Stanley Whittingham, Didier Queloz, Dan Shechtman, Sir Konstantin Novoselov, Aaron Ciechanover, Avram Hershko, Kurt Wuthrich, Ferid Murad, and Sir Richard J. Roberts.
