The PAR International Leadership Conference PILC is the only international conference on leadership in Croatia created in response to the need to connect theoretical knowledge and professional skills. The organiser of the PILC conference is PAR University College, alongside international partners. PILC is unique in its program structure, considering it includes a scientific and professional program. Therefore, the conference offers an opportunity to present works from the field of leadership in the scientific program and the possibility of acquiring leadership skills in the professional part of the program.
