The key to social and economic development of any State or Country is entrenched in the literacy index of the same. Education, be it academic, theological or technical, is the foundation stone of development per se. An educated society evolves logically and scientifically towards a better environ providing all and sundry ample opportunities of individual and collective growth. India is not and cannot be an exception to the phenomenon.
